By creating an account and using DisputeResolution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Not Legal Advice

DisputeResolution is a technology company, not a law firm. The letters, templates, and workflows generated by our platform are for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal advice.

1. User Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your dispute cases. Submitting fraudulent claims, falsifying documents, or utilizing our systems to harass institutions violates these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

2. Dispute Outcomes

While our platform facilitates the dispute process and escalations to ombudsmen, DisputeResolution makes no guarantees regarding the outcome, timeframe, or financial recovery of your specific case. Each dispute is subject to the policies of the receiving institution.

3. Fair Use

Our AI generation tools and email delivery systems are subject to fair use. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass our rate limits is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
